1. Who is responsible

This site, belokrylovo.com, is operated by Andrey Belokrylov, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Russian Federation (the "Operator"). Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation. Where visitors from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom are concerned, the Operator also applies the principles of the GDPR and UK GDPR as far as they are applicable. 2. What data is collected

Through the forms on the site: your name, your contact details (email address, phone number or messenger handle), a link to your project, and anything you choose to write in the comment field. Automatically: anonymized data about your visit (IP address, cookies, browser and device type, referral source, pages viewed, and a recording of the session in Yandex Metrica's Webvisor), collected by Yandex Metrica (counter 112523518) and Google Analytics 4 (G-CBWK1VT99Y) on every page of this site.

3. Why it is needed

To contact you about the request you left, answer your question, arrange a meeting or send materials you asked for. Anonymized statistics help understand which pages are useful to readers and improve the site. The Operator does not send marketing mailings without your separate consent.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit a form, and the Operator's legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and in responding to inquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above, and you can stop analytics in your browser as described in section 9.

5. Who the data is shared with

The Operator does not sell or pass data to third parties except where the law directly requires it. Technical processing is performed by the services the site relies on: the hosting provider, Telegram (form submissions are delivered to the Operator's Telegram), Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics, and Telegram, WhatsApp or email when we communicate at your request. Some of these services may process data outside your country.

6. How long it is kept

Data from forms is kept while the conversation about your request continues and for no longer than three years after the last contact. It is deleted earlier on your request. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics.

7. How it is protected

Only the Operator has access to the data. The site runs over HTTPS. The Operator takes legal, organizational and technical measures against unauthorized access, copying and distribution.

8. Your rights

You can ask what data about you is held, request its correction or deletion, withdraw consent, and object to processing. Write to belokrylov.pro@gmail.com; requests are answered within 30 days. Residents of the EEA and the UK may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

9. Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics: Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics 4 run on every page. If you prefer not to be counted, block cookies or third-party scripts in your browser settings, use a tracker blocker, or use the opt-out tools the services provide themselves, including the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

10. Changes

The Operator may update this policy. The current version is always available at belokrylovo.com/privacy/. This version is dated September 12, 2026, and reflects analytics running on every page.
